Meet at the parking lot at the spray park in Diamond Valley. Start riding at 9:30am. Head out 546 towards Sheep River Falls. Rolling hills the whole way.
Short: ~40km, 375m elevation gain. Out and back so can turn around any time.
Long: ~77km, 915m elevation gain
